SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

IEEE AIVR aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners interested in the exciting intersection of AI and VR/AR. Because we are eager to increase industry involvement for IEEE AIVR and build a bridge between academia and industry, we revised the conference's sponsorship program to accommodate for the switch from an in-person to a virtual online event. Despite the COVID-19 related limitations, we want to provide potential sponsors with good opportunities to present themselves in a way that maximizes the gain for them and the conference participants.

In addition to demonstrating your support for the conference, e.g., via your logo on our website and in the proceedings, we offer two options to present yourself at the conference and get in touch with attendants:

[A] A virtual room (either Zoom or Mozilla Hubs) during the whole conference where you can present yourself and meet with attendants. Rooms will be open throughout the conference and advertised in the program and the second session of each day (if desired, we will advertise dedicated time slots with your availability). The conference will take place from Dec 14-18 from 1:30pm to 7:30pm CET to get highest attendance from all time zones worldwide. The number of spots for such rooms is unlimited.

[B] A presentation slot of 10 min in the second session of the program on one of the conference days. This session also contains a keynote speech and will be streamed live via YouTube or Twitch and be freely accessible (all other sessions are accessible for registered attendants only). The session will be from 3:30pm to 5:30pm CET to get highest reachability for all time zones worldwide. The number of spots for such presentations is limited.
