Cancellation policy

All registrations are final and there will be no refund in case of cancellation. This is because of the lower registration fees this year. The administration fees required for a cancellation and refund would be too high to justify the effort.

Technical requirements: This year's conference will be organized virtually. For keynotes and oral presentations of papers, we will use Zoom video conferencing software. For poster and demo presentations, we will use the Mozilla Hubs virtual environment. Mozilla Hubs runs in most web browsers and can be experienced on any display. A VR headset is not required (although recommended for a better experience). No additional software or special hardware is needed, although some old computers might run into performance problems with Mozilla Hubs. Be aware that the conference cannot take any responsibilty for potential technical limitations or problems occuring during the event.

Author registration requirements

Authors must register by October 30, 2020.

  • Each conference contribution must be covered by ONE individual author registration.
  • Authors of multiple contributions get a discount for all but the first registration.
  • For each contribution, authors are allowed to purchase up to two extra pages (USD 50 per page; see author infos for details on page limits).
Authors must also attend the conference to present their contribution in order to have it included into IEEE Xplore. Workshops are integrated in the conference and part of the program. Therefore, the same rules apply for authors of workshop contributions.
