CALL FOR POSTERS & WORK-IN-PROGRESS CONTRIBUTIONS

In addition to regular full and short papers, IEEE AIVR 2020 also invites posters and work-in-progress (WIP) submissions. Posters and WIP contributions address smaller issues than full or short papers, can include preliminary results and pilot studies, describe design ideas with inital proof of concept, etc. Theoretical work and position statements are welcome as well. Contributions to this category will be presented in a dedicated poster session at the conference.

Topics suited for these submission category include all areas listed in the Call for full and short papers. Similarly, we invite researchers from Virtual, as well as Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) to submit their work to the poster and WIP track, and any work on AI that has a relation to any of these fields or potential for the usage in any of them is welcome.

SUBMISSION DETAILS

Authors are invited to submit a manuscript of maximum four pages including references (shorter is welcome) in double-column IEEE format following the official IEEE Manuscript Formatting guidelines. Review will be double-blind, so please remove all author information in the submissions. Also consider the IEEE policies for publications (i.e., you must own copyright to all parts and the manuscript must be original work and not currently under review elsewhere). Poster and WIP papers will be part of the conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press and included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Submissions will undergo a thorough peer review by members for the international program committee. Contributions of distinguished quality will be invited for publication of extended versions of their work in internationally renowned journals.

Electronic Submission System: Please submit your poster paper to AIVR via EasyChair (Select "Poster and work-in-progress papers track" for your submission)
