Once you create a login, the system will provide you with further information about formatting your paper (including an option to verify your format with PDF eXpress(TM)) and who to contact in case of problems. Please take note of the following formatting guidelines and page limits and don't forget to also register by Oct 30, 2020.
When uploading your paper, the system also asks you to fill out the copyright release form, which is mandatory for having your paper published. In this form, you will also be asked to "Indicate wheather IEEE has permission to use video and audio recordings of your conference presentation." Because the conference is taking place virtually this year, we strongly recommend that you select "Yes" here, since otherwise we might not be able to show the pre-recorded video of your talk. If you have any related questions, send an email to huerst@uu.nl.
Your final papers MUST be formatted according to the following Manuscript Formatting Guidelines:
Trim Size: 8.5 x 11 2-column
Instructions:
PDF |
Word DOC |
LaTeX
Full, short, special session, industry, and invited papers will be presented by an oral presentation via Zoom video conferencing. For each talk, we ask presenters to upload a video of their presentation before the conference, which will then be played during their scheduled time slot and followed by a live Q&A session with the presenter. Required length for the video, upload information, and further details will be announced here within the upcoming weeks.
Paper presenters, please refer to the email sent on Dec 1, 2020, for information about how to upload your presentation videos (check your spam folder if you didn't get it or contact huerst@uu.nl).
Posters/work-in-progress, demos/videos, and invited posters will be presented via a short, 1-min poster teaser video and a poster and/or video demo in the Mozilla Hubs virtual environment. Detailed information on how to prepare your poster for this environment and how to present there will be announced within the upcoming weeks.
Poster and demo presenters, please refer to the email sent on Dec 1, 2020, for information about how to upload your 1-minute teaser videos, and the one sent on Dec 4, 2020, for information about how to setup your posters in Mozilla Hubs (check your spam folder if you didn't get it or contact huerst@uu.nl).
Workshops will generally use Zoom video conferencing as well, but might decide on different options. Details will be announced sometime after the workshop notification date.
Workshop presenters, please get in touch with the organizers of your workshop for infos about how to present.
