IEEE AIxVR 2026 will take place in Osaka, Japan, a vibrant city in a country known for its rich culture, cutting-edge innovation, and timeless beauty.
More information about travel, visa, and accommodation will be posted here soon.
Engineering Science International Hall, The University of Osaka, Japan
IEEE AIxVR is a 'physical first' event, meaning we expect participants to join on location but acknowledge that issues such as visas and limited mobility may prevent authors from traveling to Japan. Therefore, although not providing a hybrid experience, authors who do have travel restrictions will be able to present their work remotely.
