INDUSTRY CONTRIBUTIONS
IEEE AIVR aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners interested in the exciting intersection of AI and VR/AR.
Therefore, we strongly encourage industries to get involved.
Options for involvement include the sponsorship program, which includes options for exhibitions at the conference (see below),
or contributions to the technical program (papers, research demos or videos) via the call for industry contributions.
SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
We are pleased to provide sponsorship opportunities for IEEE AIVR 2019 via sponsorship levels and the sponsoring of dedicated conference events. If you have any related questions, please contact us via aivr@uci.edu.
Sponsorship levels
Diamond Sponsor ($1,000): Benefits include
- Your logo on our web site
- Your logo in our published proceedings
- Acknowledgment of your support in our published proceedings
- One free registration
Sapphire Sponsor ($2,500): Benefits include Diamond benefits plus
- Your name included in all advance publicity, call for papers, reminders etc.
- Your logo on our conference bag
- Distribution to all participants of short materials (brochure or marketing folder) that you provide in advance
- One additional free registration (two free registrations total)
Emerald Sponsor ($5,000): Benefits include Sapphire benefits plus
- Free Exhibit Space - standard table (which can be used throughout the conference to meet others or distribute company literature)
- One additional free registration (three free registrations total)
Ruby Sponsor ($7,500): Benefits include Emerald benefits plus
- Your logo on our conference bag (larger logo, strategic placement)
- Your logo as part of or next to conference banners used behind presentation stages or large event displays (large logo with strategic placement)
- Free Exhibit Space - can be customized by the company with display stand (which can be used throughout the conference to meet others or distribute company literature)
- One additional free registration (four free registrations total)
Sponsoring of specific conference events
A sponsor can further select to sponsor one or more conference events by paying the extra amount indicated in each item below.
Best paper award ($2,000): Benefits
- A representative of your organization present in the award-giving ceremony
- Your logo on the award diploma
Conference reception ($2,500): Benefits
- Your banner attached in a visible place during the reception
- Your company name will be prominently attached to all advance publicity for the event
Conference lunch ($2,500): Benefits
- Your banner attached in a visible place during the lunch
- Your company name will be prominently attached to all advance publicity for the event.
Conference dinner (banquet) ($3,000): Benefits
- Your banner attached in a visible place during the dinner
- Your company name will be prominently attached to all advance publicity for the event.
- A short speaking opportunity for each sponsor
