Author registration requirements

Authors must register by November 3, 2019.

• Each Author Registration is valid for ONE paper.
• If necessary, additional papers can be purchased per author registration for an additional fee. The first extra paper receives a US $100.00 discount
• Regular papers (incl. full/invited full/special session) may contain up to 8 pages, 2 extra page ($150 per extra page).
• Short papers & industry papers may contain up to 4 pages, 2 extra page ($150 per extra page).
• Poster papers may contain up to 4 pages and no extra pages.
• Invited poster & demo/video papers may contain up to 6 pages and no extra pages.
• Demo/video papers may contain up to 2 pages and no extra pages.
• Max. length of workshop papers depends on the workshop (please refer to the individual workshop pages).

Authors must attend the conference to present their contribution in order to have it included into IEEE Xplore.

Cancellation policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to registration@computer.org by Sunday, 01 December 2019, 11:59 PM Pacific Time. There will be an administrative fee of USD 50 for canceled registrations.
